More cars like the BFRSZ, but starting at around $22k not 26. Cars like the 240 and ‘86, light, nimble, RWD. Fun without the cost and complications.
Hell, I would go for FWD stuff as well; a new CRX.
I want honest, simple fun and I don’t think we should have to spend tons to get it. Or sacrifice reliability and our dignity either.

It’s coming. Every production line has a unit volume/break even/capital investment equation it needs to solve. There’s no getting around that - it just is given the fact the economics is #1 in all things, even memes for everyday living.
You can’t have a conversation with someone that’s listening to “millions” (because that’s all they know how to service) as a voice of tens of thousands.
Buuuuttt...the advent of just in time production, 3D printing, design patterns (and most importantly) people that can harness those technologies [and that’s not the car companies imo unless they suddenly come to Jesus or take a serious ayahuasca trip] is going to show up sometime...not “soon”, more like “eventually.” The economics is going to work out for a 40K unit production run.
And then, I’m going to get the car that *I* want.
